Remarks Maintenance
Use Remarks Maintenance to create and maintain different types of remarks or messages that can be used in a variety of ways, including dunning messages. You can attach remarks to patient services during Charge Entry or Payment Entry. You can use them as general dunning messages on patient statements and as appointment/recall logging types in Scheduling.
Note: Do not confuse the Remarks maintained in Remarks Maintenance with the fields Remarks 1 & Remarks 2 in Patient Entry. They are two different types of remarks and each has a different function.
