When I click a hyperlink in WebHelp, nothing happens. What is wrong?

Pop-up blocking software can interfere with the display of some WebHelp topics. If you have software that blocks advertisements by preventing Internet pop-ups from being displayed, it may also interfere with WebHelp pop-up topics.
To enable pop-ups in WebHelp:
1. Disable the pop-up blocking software on your system.
2. Test if the pop-ups are working by clicking this pop-up hyperlink for the WebHelp - Hyperlinks topic.
3. If the WebHelp - Hyperlinks topic does not display, contact NDS Technical Support for help.
When I Search for a record, it does not appear in the list.
To see the answer, click More.
If
the record is new, you may need to click Refresh
to update the Search
List.
You may have defined Search Conditions that omit the record you are looking for.
How can I send a report, such as the Action Report, to my accountant electronically?

To email a text version of the report:
1. Send the report to the Print View window:
2. At the Print View window:
Click the Email button.
Or, click E-mail from the Print View Menu Bar, and then click E-mail Report.
3. At
the Send Mail window, fill in the email address, and then click Send .
Tips:
Your User Profile must have email enabled.

How can I convert an NDS application report into a spreadsheet?

Because the reports are not always laid out the same way for every line, it may be difficult to convert them to a spreadsheet. For example, the heading data does not line up with the columns for the data in the report body.
However, you can convert the report to an ASCII data file or a Word Document. Refer to the advanced functions in the Print View topic.
What is the difference between the Executive Console and the User Console?

The Executive Console and the User Console are quite similar in that they both give you access to application reports, processes, and favorite files. See the comparison chart below for the differences.

How can I change a panel size?

To manually resize a panel:
1. Hover
over a panel border until the pointer becomes the Resizer tool.
2. Drag the border to resize the panel.
To expand the Content View Panel to full size:
Click Expand
Content View Panel .
To shrink the Content View Panel to normal size:
Click Shrink
Content View Panel .
How can I display a KPI report?

How can I create a new Compare View for a bar chart or line chart?
