The Analysis Rate Modeling menu contains commands used to report rate analyzes using your actual customer history. Edifice takes into consideration all your step rates, letting you do "what if" analyzes on your usage history for specific date ranges.

open the Rate Modeling Analysis menu, click the following sequence:
Analysis from the menu;
and Rate Modeling.
