Consumption Summary Report Instructions

Use the Consumption Summary Report Instructions to generate a list of the customers in the Consumption workfile and their usage.  For more information about the Consumption workfile, see Extract Consumption routine.

Tips:

• For more information about running reports, see Print View.

• For more information about the buttons on the toolbar, see the Report Writer Toolbar.

• At the Report Writer window, you can change the selection and sort options for the report.  For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.

To see directions for...

• Opening Consumption Summary Report, click More.

  1.  Click Daily Work from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Billing.

  3.  Click Reading Tools.

  4.  Click Consumption Summary Report.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Consumption Summary Report Writer Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Report Writer Prompts	Review the Report Writer options and make changes, if applicable. To send the report to the Print View window, click View Report or to print a hard-copy, click Print Report . Note:  For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.
  	To begin printing to the Windows® default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To run the routine and print to the Print View window, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Close. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]

   

• Report Sample(s), click More.
