Recalculate Combined Usage / Units

Use Recalculate Combined Usage / Units to calculate charges per user.  Recalculate Combined Usage / Units uses a transaction code with a billing code of combined usage units.  This works similar to the Percentage Recalculate routine.  It totals the actual usage for all transactions in the selected books/companies for each customer for transactions with the billing code.  Then the net usage is divided by the transaction code's minimum usage.  The result is compared to the customer service number of units and whichever is larger is taken and multiplied by the minimum charge to become the new charge.  It further multiplies this by the percentage of the transactions' usage compared to the total net usage.

Note:  After the transactions are in the meter import file, run the Recalculate Combined Usage/Units to recalculate usage per users.  That way if there are issues with usages, you can make corrections to the reading history, run the Extract Consumption and then run the Meter Import again.
