Field Description - Scheduling Time Slots

The Scheduling Time Slots is a slice of time for a technician within a day that is displayed in the Appointment Book Area of the Scheduling Window.  You can schedule appointments for customers within time slots, and you can change the attributes of the time slots.  Several fields make up the attributes on the time slots.

Time Slot Attributes:

• Date

• Technician Code

• Technician Color

• Appointment Time

• Duration

• Location ID

• Problem/Task Code

• Problem/Task Color

Tips:

• A reserved time slot has an appointment scheduled in it.

• An unreserved time slot has no appointments scheduled in it.
