The Service Profiles menu contains programs used to maintain billing transaction profiles and cash transaction profiles. Billing transaction profiles contain groups of customer related transaction codes used to generate billing transactions. Cash transaction profiles contain groups of customer related transaction codes used to generate cash receipt transactions.
To open the Service Profiles menu, click Daily Work from the Menu Bar, and next click File Maintenance; then click Service Profiles.
