Application Parameters

Use Application Parameters (also referred to as Edifice Utility Billing Parameters) to customize certain features within the module.

• Opening Application Parameters, click More.

   

  1.  Click File from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Settings.

  3.  Click Client Options.

  4.  Click Application.

  Application Parameters Prompt Options
  Customer Master Tab Prompts
  Pre-Check Notes Active	Note:  This field is reserved for future use.  Please maintain the default setting.
  Reports Tab Prompts Note:  Reports having a format of 80 columns or less are not affected by this parameter.
  Page Width	To control the report print area based on the paper size click the appropriate choice: 80 columns - changes the print job  to fit an 80-column printer. 132 columns - changes the print job to fit a 132-column printer.
  Miscellaneous Tab Prompts
  Service Management Menu Style	To specify the style of Service Management menu, click a radio button: Vertical - Displays the menu items in a drop-down list. Horizontal - Displays the menu items in a horizontal list. Panel - Launches a Fast Access Toolbar containing Service Management menu items.
  	To update the new or changed information, click Save or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s]
  	CAUTION To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records.
  	To escape from the program, click Cancel, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
  	To apply the changes, click Apply. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + a]
  	To close this window click or press [ESC].
