Fast Access Toolbars

A Fast Access Toolbar is a small floating window containing a row of buttons similar to the Button Bar. You can use a Fast Access Toolbar to quickly move between frequently used routines without having to enter repetitive key strokes to get there. Each panel contains a group of buttons representing related, commonly used functions or routines.

Tip: You can drag an open Fast Access Toolbar to any location within Edifice.

Directions:

To open a Fast Assess Toolbar, click More.
- To open a shortcut menu for the various Edifice Fast Access Panels, right-click the mouse when hovering on the Button Bar and then, click a choice from the shortcut menu.
- Or, from the Menu Bar, click View and then select the desired Fast Access Panel.
- Or, use a keyboard shortcut (noted in bold below).
- To quickly start a task when the Fast Access Panel is open, click the appropriate button.
- Note: To close a Fast Access Panel, click Close .

Edifice Fast Access Toolbars
Customer Toolbar	Contains the buttons to quickly launch the Customer Inquiry, the Customer History, the Bill Entry and the Cash Receipts Entry routines without loosing the current customer account information. Keyboard shortcut: [SHIFT + F1] Customer Fast Access Toolbar Example:
Billing Toolbar	Contains the buttons to quickly launch the Bill Entry, the Billing Print Journal, the Exception Report, the Unbilled Report, the Print Statements, and the Billing Post routines. Keyboard shortcut: [SHIFT + F2] Billing Fast Access Toolbar Example:

Import Cash Receipts Toolbar	Contains the buttons to quickly launch the Cash Import, the Cash Import Transaction Journal, and the Cash Import Post routines. Keyboard shortcut: [SHIFT + F4] Cash Receipts Import Fast Access Toolbar Example:
