History Inquiry

Use the History Inquiry routine to view individual customer account balances and their associated history transaction details for a specified time period.  There are three types of history views.  You can view by Transaction, by Billing Summary and by Transaction Detail Summary, which shows charge and payment details.  In addition to viewing the customer history you can maintain individual history transactions as needed.  You can print the customer's history details as well, which may be useful if a customer has a question on their account.
