ACH Receipts Export Payments
Use ACH Receipts Export Payments to create and export the ACH receipts file that contains automatic customer payments for their utility bills. You will specify a control ID to control the format of the ACH file and a destination ID that identifies the location for the file to be exported. After the file is created you must upload it to your financial institution for processing. Please contact your bank for directions on how to send the file to them.
Note: Please check with your financial institution as to whether they use the effective date or the transmission date as the date the payments come out of your customers' accounts.
To open:
1. Click Processes from the Menu.
2. Click ACH Receipts.
3. Click Export
Payments.
Tip: Or, use the keyboard

Enter the Control ID that controls the format of the Export Payments file. (up to 6 characters) Notes:

The transmission date defaults to the system date, but can be changed to another date if needed. (mmddccyy - slashes and century optional) |

To specify where ACH receipts export file will be moved to enter the defined Destination ID. (up to 20 characters) Tips:

To run the
routine and generate the report, click Proceed
or press [ENTER]. To escape from the routine, click Cancel . Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + c] Tip: Or, click Close . |

Status |
Displays information pertaining to the phases of the Export Payments process. Note: The status displays Complete when the process is ended. In addition, the Message window displays Process Ended and 100% to alert you when the routine is complete. |
To close the Export Payments program when Complete displays and the routine is finished, click Close . |
