Budgets Menu

The Budgets menu contains commands to maintain budget information for budget customers.

For additional information, see Customer Budgets.

To open the Budgets menu, click Processes from the Menu Bar, and next click Budgets.

Budgets Menu Items
Calculate Routine	Calculates Proposed Budget Amounts for budget customers. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [b] [c]
Update Routine	Updates budget customers with their budget information including their Budget Amounts. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [b] [u]
Period End Update	Updates budget customers at the end of the budget season in preparation for the next budget season. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [b] [e]
Cycle Code Maintenance	Maintains information about Budget Cycles. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [b] [y]
