Collection Workfile Maintenance
Use Collection Workfile Maintenance to delete individual customers from the Collection Workfile that was generated during the Collection Create Workfile routine. For example, you can use this routine to remove a customer from the Collection Workfile if the customer has contacted you about making a payment on their overdue balance.
Notes:
You can not add or edit a customer collections record during Collection Workfile Maintenance.
If you delete a customer collection record during Collection Workfile Maintenance, reprint the Collection Print Journal for a complete audit trail.
