Finance Charge Print Statements

Use the Finance Charge Print Statements routine to print statements for customers who have been assessed finance charges.

Notes:

• You can print finance charges on regular billing statements, if desired.

• The Print Finance Charge Statements window looks similar to the Print Statements window on the Billing menu.  To distinguish between the two programs, the Finance Charge Statements window has a red border and the title of the window is Finance Statements Print.

Directions:

• To see directions for opening the Print Finance Charge Statements routine, click More.

   

  • Click Processes from the Menu Bar, and next click Finance Charge; then click Print Statements.

  • Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [p] [f] [t] [t].

   

• To see directions for printing finance charges statements, refer to Print Statements.
  
  Note:  The printing of Finance Charge Statements works the same way as printing regular billing statements.  For data entry instructions, refer to Print Statements.
