Past Due XML Certified Mailer

Use the Past Due Certified Mailer routine to print certified mailers for the customers in the Past Due Workfile.  You can use the certified mailer to mail the customer's past due letter.  Printing certified mailers is an optional part of the past due notice process.

Tips:  

• You can choose to print the past due letters and/or the past due certified mailers as part of the past due process.

• During installation, the mailer format is defined using your specifications.  For more information, contact NDS Support.

• Opening the Past Due XML Certified Mailer routine, click More.

   

  1.  Click Processes from the Menu.

  2.  Click Past Due.

  3.  Click XML Certified Mailer.
  
  Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [p] [p] [c] [ENTER].

  Past Due XML Certified Mailer Prompts
  Services	To select the services to print, click to check the appropriate services listed. Notes:   To quickly select or de-select all services listed, click Check All . The Past Due Parameter may limit the services that print.
  	To begin printing, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p] Or, to view to the screen, click Print View . Or, to escape from the print routine, click Cancel . Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]

   

• Report Sample(s), click More.
