Shut Off XML Certified Mailer
Use the Shut Off XML Certified Mailer routine to print certified mailers for the customers in the Shut Off Workfile. You can use the certified mailer to mail the customer's shut off letter. Printing certified mailers is an optional part of the shut off notice process.
Notes:
During installation, the certified mailer format is defined using your specifications. For more information, contact NDS Support at 1-800-649-7754.
A sample of the printed Shut Off XML Certified Mailer is not available because it is uniquely tailored to your installation.
To open:
1. Click Processes from the menu.
2. Click Shut Off.
3. Click XML
Certified Mailer.
Or, use the keyboard
shortcut: [ALT] [p] [s] [c].
