Service Management Manpower Analysis Report Instructions

Use the Manpower Analysis Report to report service call information for technicians.  You can use this report to determine your manpower requirements on a monthly basis.  For example, if you generate this report one month before any scheduled maintenance is due, you can plan manpower loading to have enough technicians available to perform the scheduled maintenance.

• Opening the Manpower Analysis Report, click More.

   

  1.  Click Service Mgt from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Print.

  3.  Click Reports.

  4.  Click Manpower Analysis Report.
  
  Tip:  Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [m] [p] [r] [m].

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

  Report Writer Directions	If you want to use existing report settings, click Open and select the name of the settings. Or, you can change the settings on the fly using the Range Options, Sort Options, and Additional Options. If you want to save the current report settings, click Save and specify the name of the settings. To generate the report: Click Print View to display the report. Or, click Print Report to send the report to the default printer. Tip:  After you click Print View or Print Report, you will see the prompt for additional report options. Tip:  For more information, refer to the Report Writer - Overview.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Close.
