Service Management Scheduled Maintenance Report Instructions
Use the Scheduled Maintenance Report to report the locations and customers that have equipment with scheduled maintenance set up. The report includes the customer ID, customer name, location, contract number, model number and serial number of all equipment under contract and the quantity of each. The report also includes the scheduled maintenance dates and the tasks to be performed. Use this report to verify or review the scheduled maintenance that you have setup for service management equipment.
