Service Management Menu

The Service Management menu contains commands used to enter and maintain service call information for customers.

IMPORTANT

To activate the Service Management module, you must set the Service Management option on the Application Options record. Please contact NDS Support for assistance.

Directions:

To open the Service Management menu from the Menu, click Service Management.

Service Management Menu Items
Daily Work	Opens a menu of daily functions. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [m] [d]
File Maintenance	Opens a menu of file maintenance routines. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [m] [f]
Print	Opens a menu of listings and reports. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [m] [p]
History	View and maintain the service management history. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [m] [f]
