Customer Miscellaneous Servicing Information Wizard - Enter Servicing Information Step

Use the Enter Miscellaneous Servicing Information Step to enter the servicing information for the customer. The table following the panel example describes the data entry for this step in the Customer Miscellaneous Servicing Information Wizard.

To display the Enter Miscellaneous Servicing Information Step in the Data Entry Panel:

Open the Customer Miscellaneous Servicing Information Wizard.
Enter the Customer ID and click Next .

Installation Date	Enter the date the service is installed or performed. (mmddccyy - slashes and century optional)
Type Code	Enter the Type Code. (2.0 numeric)
Work Order #	Enter the Work Order Number, if applicable. (6.0 numeric)
Distance	Enter the distance. (4.0 numeric)
Pipe Type	Enter the type of pipe. (up to 20 characters)
Part-1	Enter the Part Number for the first part. (up to 20 characters)
Part-2	Enter the Part Number for the second part, if applicable.(up to 20 characters)
Part-3	Enter the Part Number for the third part, if applicable. (up to 20 characters)
Part-4	Enter the Part Number for the fourth part, if applicable. (up to 20 characters)
Description	Enter a description for the miscellaneous service that was performed. (up to 20 characters)
	To display the previous step, click Back. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + b] Tip: Back is not active for the first step.
	To display the next step, click Next or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + n] Tip: Next is not active for the last step.
	To validate and save the data for all of the wizard steps, click Finish. The wizard window closes when the save is complete. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + s]
	To close the wizard without validating or saving the data, click Close.
