The Invision General Ledger MySQL database is described with MySQL tables that contain the data definitions for information within the Invision General Ledger database. You use the MySQL tables information (previously referred to as Record Tables), to create reports, queries or other projects using iKnowSys or third-party reporting tools. When building the reports you will need to know the name of the MySQL Table that contains the information you want. While you may be used to thinking in terms of file names, when using MySQL a file is referred to as a table. See the list below to find the MySQL table name that contains the information you are looking for.
Below is information about the MySQL database tables within the Invision General Ledger module.
The first column contains the General Ledger MySQL table names.
The second column lists the data that is contained within the MySQL table.
The third column lists where within the module you can view the data.
Note: For information about interpreting the information in a MySQL Table, see Understanding MySQL Tables.
