Field Description - Patient Address (line 1 & 2)

The Patient Address consists of two address lines associated with the patient's mailing address.

Tip:  The patient address is needed for billing purposes.

• Patient Entry - Name & Address Area in the Demographics Window

• Patient Entry - Insurance Policy Holder Area

• Patient Wizard - Demographics Area
