Field Description - Patient Date of Birth (DOB)

The Patient Date of Birth (DOB) is the birth date associated with this patient.

Note:  The system calculates and displays the patient's age based on their DOB.  Ages less than 2 years display in months.

Format:  Date (mmddccyy - slashes and century optional)
