Field Description - Ret-ME MSR Personnel Status Code
The Ret-ME MSR Personnel Status Code (also referred to as the Employee Status Code or Personal Status Code) indicates the employee's job status for the Employee Retirement Edit List and the Employee Master List.
The following list (although not all-inclusive) includes some valid Personnel Status Codes established by the MSRS:
01 - Permanent Full-Time
02 - Permanent Part-Time
03 - Permanent Intermittent (non-scheduled, irregular hours)
04 - Seasonal Full-Time
05 - Seasonal Part-Time (w/same employer)
06 - Seasonal Intermittent (or part-time, no employee contributions taken)
07 - Project Full-Time
08 - Project Part-Time
09 - Project Intermittent
52 - Retiree w/ Basic Ins. Coverage
53 - Retiree returned to work
65 - Insurance Participation Only - Full-Time (Social Security Employee)
67 - Insurance Participation Only - Part-Time (Social Security Employee)
Tips:
For the employee to be included in the Monthly Retirement Report, this field must not be blank in the employee's Employee Master record.
