Call Center - Call Entry Toolbar
Use the Call Entry Toolbar to perform certain functions during Call Center - Call Entry. The Call Entry Toolbar contains a row of boxes with pictures or words representing the commonly used programs in the Call Center. To quickly start a task, click the appropriate button. The table following the window example describes the available buttons for Call Center - Call Entry.

To display the Call Center - Call Entry Toolbar, click Call Center on the Edifice Toolbar.

Opens the Customer Balance Report. |

Opens the Customer Credit Messages Report. |

Opens the History Inquiry Report for the customer. |

Opens the Print Customer Letter routine. |

Opens the Print Work Order routine for the customer. |

To complete the call transaction detail line, click Commit Call or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + o] Tip: The completed call information displays in the Call List Panel. The cursor returns to the Customer field. You are ready to add another call. |

To begin a new call transaction, click New Call. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + o] |

To remove a call transaction from the Call List, click to highlight the desired customer call line and next click Delete Call. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + d] |
