Service Call Work Order Print Instructions
Use the Service Call Work Order Print Instructions to print an individual work order or a group of work orders. Work orders are used by technicians to confirm the service tasks to be performed. A work order contains a record of the location and address, name of the contact person, call number, date the service call was received, and a description of the problem to be resolved or task to be performed. The work order contains additional spaces for the technician to record to the materials used, work performed, the completion time and a dated customer sign-off that confirms that all work was performed satisfactorily.

Work Orders can also be printed from the Service Management view of the Inquiry.
