Credit Message Report Instructions
Use the Credit Message Report to provide a list of correspondence from your organization to your customers. Each time a customer receives a statement, shutoff notice, past due notice, work order or lien letter, a Credit Message Transaction is generated and can be viewed on this report. You can limit the report to credit messages for a specified time period. In addition, you can specify the Services, Companies, Finance Periods and the types of credit messages to include on the report.
