Call Center Journal Instructions

Use the Call Center Journal to list the customer calls that are entered during Call Center - Call Entry.  Use the journal to proof your entries.  Maintain a final copy of the journal for a complete audit trail.

• Opening the Call Center Journal, click More.

   

  1. Click Daily Work from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Call Center.

  3. Click Journal.

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Call Center Journal Prompt Options Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Clerks	To select the clerks to print, click to check the appropriate Clerk IDs listed. Tip:  To quickly select or de-select all clerks listed, click Check All .
  Batches	To select the batches to print, click to check the appropriate Batch IDs listed. Tip:  To quickly select or de-select all batches listed, click Check All .
  Sort	To choose a sort option, click to select the appropriate button. Sort Options: Entry Order - Prints calls in the order they are entered. Account - Prints calls in Customer ID order. Last Name - Prints calls in Customer Last Name order. Clerk Initials - Prints calls in Clerk ID order.
  Customer ID(s)	To build a list or range of customers to report: To select an individual customer to report, enter the appropriate Customer ID. (up to 12 characters) To list individual customers, enter the Customer ID followed by a comma (,).  Continue in this fashion until all customers are entered. To build a range of customers, enter the beginning Customer ID, followed by a hyphen (-) and then the ending Customer ID. Note:  If your Customer IDs contain hyphens (-), then enter a range separator of tilde (~). To search for a Customer ID, click Search . To include all customers, leave blank.
  	To begin printing to the Windows™ default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To print to the Print View screen, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
