Call Center Post
Use the Call Center Post routine to update the customer Calls History file with the completed, closed customer calls. A customer call is completed and closed when you set the Status to Closed during Call Center - Call Entry.
Tip: After you run the post you can view the posted, closed customer calls during the Customer Calls Panel of the Customer Inquiry.
