Customer Inquiry - Customer Billing Summary Panel

Use the Customer Billing Summary Panel to view summary billing history information for a customer. The billing summary represents a summary for the billing periods that the customer has had service. The table following the window example describes the Billing Summary Panel for the Customer Inquiry.
Tips:
To quickly view additional transaction details, click Plus .
You can also view the customer's Billing Summary information during the History Inquiry.
To display the Customer Billing Summary Panel:
The Customer Inquiry window automatically opens when Utility Billing is launched.
Tip: To display the Customer Inquiry after starting other windows, click Customer Inquiry 
on the Edifice Toolbar.
At the Inquire By prompt, click Customer in the drop-down list.
Press [TAB] to move to the Customer prompt, and then enter a valid Customer ID.

To inquire by location, service connection or street name, see Customer Inquiry - Inquire By Selection Area.
Click Billing Summary 
on the Customer Panel Customer Panel Toolbar.

Billing Summary Details Tip: The Billing Summary displays one line for each transaction. |

Displays the Date of the customer's billing transaction. |

Displays the customer's amount of Usage for the billing period. |

Displays the customer's Previous Outstanding Balance prior to the billing transaction. |

Additional Billing Summary Details |

Displays the Number of Days in the billing period. |

Displays the customer's average daily amount of usage for the billing period. |

Displays the customer's average daily charge amount for the billing period. |
