Billing Company Information Table Maintenance
Use Billing Company Information Table Maintenance to maintain the company name and address that displays on the main menu and that prints on journals and reports and that may print on customer statements depending on your settings.
CAUTION After making changes to the Billing Company Table, you must completely exit from the Utility Billing module before the changes will become available to other maintenance programs. |
Notes:
Do not confuse the Billing Company Information Table or the Company Table with companies maintained during Company Maintenance. They are three separate functions.
Generally, the Billing Company information Table is set prior to installation. Once this information is set, you do not need to change it under normal operating conditions.
This table is sometimes referred to as the UBCONAME table.
