Company Table Maintenance
Use Company Table Maintenance to customize EDIFICE to suit your needs. Use the Company Table to maintain parameters that control certain functions such as, the type of cash receipts used, how daily interest is calculated and if lien or roll amounts are included in the customer's total balance.
Notes:
Do not confuse Company Table Maintenance with the Billing Company Information Table or with companies maintained during Company Maintenance. They are three separate functions.
Generally, the Company Table is set up prior to installation. Once this information is set, you do not need to change it under normal operating conditions.
This table is sometimes referred to as the UBCOMP table.
