Payment GL Cash Table Maintenance
Use Payment GL Cash Table Maintenance to maintain the CASH General Ledger Account Number to use during the Cash Receipts Post routine. The General Ledger Account Number is used to generate the General Ledger journal entries, if applicable.
Tips:
There are two places you can maintain the General Ledger Account Number for your CASH account. You can use this table to maintain a single CASH account for all services or to maintain a separate CASH account for each service you can maintain the GL Cash Account setting during Service Setting Maintenance.
