Service Call Report Instructions
Use the Service Call Report to list the details of the customer service calls including the customer, location, call type, territory, priority, the responsible technician, the received, assigned and completed dates as well as, the current status of each call. You can use the report to isolate high priority service calls that have not been assigned or completed, by sorting this report by priority and received date. You can isolate the frequency of service calls based on the geographical area and have accurate resource management information by sorting this report by territory. You can also sort this report by technician to present assignments to each technician.
Tips:
The Service Management View can also provide similar information as the Service Call Report.
