Problem Code Actions Maintenance

Use Problem Code Actions Maintenance to create and maintain actions for Problem Task Codes and Results Codes.  An action can be associated with a single result code, multiple result codes, or it can be associated with all result codes.  Actions offer a way to set up a check list or workflow of things that need to be done after a work order is completed.  They generally require further input and similar to tasks in that they are a reminder that additional steps are needed after a work order is completed.  When a problem is assigned to a work order the associated actions are created.  Work order actions can be viewed in the Action area of the Enhanced Inquiry - Service Management View.
