ERU-EDU Table Maintenance

Use ERU-EDU Table Maintenance to maintain values used for ERU calculations.  The values in this table are used by the Calculate Usage ERU - Regular routine and by the Calculate Usage ERU - Interim routine for calculating customer ERU.  After the values in the table are set, they generally don't need to be changed unless the calculations change.

• Opening ERU-EDU Table Maintenance, click More.

  1.  Click Utilities from the Menu.

  2.  Click ERU-EDU.

  3.  Click ERU-EDU Table Maintenance.

• Creating a ERU-EDU Table, click More.

   

  Note:  A new ERU-EDU table can not be created.  The necessary table is created during installation.  To edit the values in the table, see the Editing step.

• Editing the ERU-EDU Table, click More.

  ERU-EDU Table Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To update the new or changed information, click Save or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s]
  	CAUTION To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records.
  	To display the ERU-EDU table, click Retrieve, or press [ENTER].
  Title	Enter EU for the title.  (up to 6 characters)
  Description	Enter a description for the table.
  Note:  Rate Class 1-4 fields in this table corresponds to the Rate Class ID. The customer rate class with a Rate Class ID of 01 uses Rate Class 1 field of this table. The customer rate class with a Rate Class ID of 02 uses Rate Class 2 field. The customer rate class with a Rate Class ID of 03 uses Rate Class 3 field. The customer rate class with a Rate Class ID of 04 or greater uses Rate Class 4 field.
  ERU Type 1	Enter the ERU type 1 value for each of the rate classes that it applies to.
  ERU Type 2	Enter the ERU type 2 value for each of the rate classes that it applies to.
  ERU Type 3	Enter the ERU type 3 value for each of the rate classes that it applies to.

   

• Deleting the ERU-EDU Table, click More.

   

  CAUTION:  To maintain data integrity, you can not delete the ERU-EDU table.
