Move Requested Amount Instructions
Use the Move Requested Amount routine to copy the Department Requested amount to the Manager Requested field on the Budget Master and leave a copy of the Department Requested amount. When the routine is complete, you can make changes to the Budget Manager Requested fields as needed during Budget Maintenance.
Notes:
Because the fields Department Requested and Manager Requested are user-defined, the field names in the software may not match the documentation. You can globally change the field names by updating the Budget Request Table.

1. Click Fund Accounting from the Menu Bar.
2. Click Budgeting.
3. Click
Move Requested Amount.
