Payment Entry - Print Receipt Instructions

Use Print Payment Receipt to issue a hard copy payment receipt for a patient.

Tips:

• This report is also known as the Payment Receipt.

• For more information about running reports, see Print View.

Directions:

• To see directions for printing the Payment Receipt, click More.

   

  1.  Follow the directions for opening the Payment Entry - Batch Entry Window.

  2.  At the Print Receipt Option, click Yes.

  3.  Enter the payment transaction at the Work Window.

  4.  Commit the transaction.

  5.  INSight will prompt you to print the payment receipt.

• Choosing the report selections, click More.

   

  Payment Receipt Prompt Options Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Receipt Type	Click one of the following receipt types. Daily To Date
  Date Range	Enter the from and to dates to be included on the receipt.  (mmddccyy - slashes and century optional)
  Printer	Displays the default printer number.  For more information, see Printing Options.
  	To generate the report, click Print or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
