Government Reports Menu

The Government Reports menu contains commands used to print retirement reports and other government reports.

Directions:

To open the Government Reports menu, click Reporting from the Menu, and next click Government.

The table below describes the available options.

Government Reports Menu Items
Retirement Detail Report	Reports the retirement and insurance information including break-downs of the employee's share and the employer's share. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [g] [d]
Federal Tax Report (941)	Reports the quarterly earnings and FICA amounts for the employees. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [g] [f]
Federal Tax Summary Report	Reports the quarterly earnings and FICA amounts for employees in a slightly different format from the Federal Tax Report.
Employer's Contribution Report	Reports wage information for tax purposes. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [g] [e]
Quarterly UCI Report	Reports information required for the FUTA deposit and the SUTA deposit. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [g] [u]
Quarterly Health Contribution Report	Reports health insurance contributions made by employees. This report also shows the total QTD and YTD earnings and SUTA wages and excess (wages that exceed the SUTA limit). Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [g] [q] Tip: For Massachusetts only.
MSR Magnetic Filing Menu	Opens the MSR Magnetic Filing menu with programs to generate monthly MainePERS file. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [e] [g] [m]
ME State Reporting	Opens a menu with options for various Maine required reports.
