Customer Inquiry - Service Connections History Area
Use the Service Connections History Area to view the billing history for the service connection. The history area contains much of the same information as the Billing Summary in the Customer Panel and the History Inquiry except that in the Service Connections History Area you view the billing history for each service connection separately. The table following the window example describes the Service Connections History Area for the Customer Inquiry.
To display the Service Connections History Area in the Customer Inquiry:
The Customer Inquiry window automatically opens when Utility Billing is launched.
Tip: To display the Customer Inquiry after starting other windows, click Customer Inquiry on the Edifice Toolbar.
At the Inquire By prompt, click Customer in the drop-down list.
Press [TAB] to move to the Customer prompt, and then enter a valid Customer ID.
Tip: To inquire by location, service connection or street name, see Customer Inquiry - Inquire By Selection Area.
Click Expand All to display the additional service connection detail.
Click Show Billing History on the Service Connection Toolbar.
Tip: If the Services & Service Connections Panel does not display, click Show Service Connections .

Displays the Transaction Code that generated the billing transaction for the historical billing period. |

Displays the amount of usage that was billed to the customer for the historical billing period. |

Displays the amount billed to the customer for the usage for the historical billing period. |
|
Displays the date of the customer's meter was read prior to the most recent reading for the historical billing period. |
|
Displays the date of the customer's present reading for the historical billing period. |
