Meter Inventory Maintenance - Additional User Definable Fields Window

Use the Additional User Definable Fields Window to maintain and view user-defined information pertaining to meters. The user definable fields are free-form fields that you can define for your specific purposes and they allow you to tailor Edifice to suit your organization's needs. The user definable fields are informational only and can be used for reporting purposes. The table following the window example describes the Additional User Definable Fields Window for Meter Inventory Maintenance.
Notes:
Because the fields are user-defined, the field labels in the software may not match the documentation. You can globally change the field names by updating the Meter Labels Table.
In addition to the Additional User Definable fields, there are User Defined Extended fields that allow you to maintain more user definable meter information.
To display the Additional User Definable Fields Window:
1. Open the Meter Inventory Maintenance.
2. Enter a Meter ID.
3. Click Additional from the Meter Inventory Maintenance menu.
4. Click User Definable.

Enter, edit or view alpha-numeric information pertaining to the meter. (up to 20 characters) |

Enter, edit or view numeric information pertaining to the meter. (9.2 numeric) |

To close the window and return to the Meter Maintenance window when you are finished entering, click Close. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + c] |

To update the new or changed information, click Save from the Meter Maintenance window. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + s] |

To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records. |
