Collection XML Collection Letter Instructions
Use the Collection XML Collection Letter Instructions to print collection notices for the customers that have seriously delinquent balances. This routine generates an XML stream of customer collection information and interfaces with Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat to create the customer collection notices. In addition, you can send the XML stream to programs like Excel for further manipulation. Each time a letter is printed Edifice updates the customer's Collection Notice tracking and their collection status so that you have a complete audit trail.
