Rolls Write Off Menu

The Rolls Write Off menu contains commands used to write off customer roll balances that are delinquent.

To open the Rolls Write Off menu, click the following sequence:
Processes from the Menu Bar; Rolls; and Write Off.
Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [w]

Rolls Write Off Menu Items
Generate Transactions	Generates the customer roll write off transactions. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [w] [g]
Print Transaction Journal	Prints the journal of the roll write off transactions generated during the Generate Transactions routine. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [w] [p]
Transaction Entry	Allows you to edit the roll write off transactions before you run the Write Off Post Transactions routine. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [w] [t]
Post Transactions	Updates the appropriate files with the customer write off transactions and updates the customer balances. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [r] [w] [p]
