Create Scheduled Work Orders
Use the Create Scheduled Work Orders routine to create work orders for service calls from the appointment information maintained during Scheduling. You can create and print Scheduled Work Orders for a specified appointment date or appointment time period. Work orders are used by technicians to confirm the service task to be performed or the problem to be solved during the scheduled appointment. A work order contains a printed record of the location and address, Location user-definable fields (if applicable) and a description of the problem to resolve or task to be performed. The work order contains additional spaces for the technician to record the materials used, the work performed, the completion time and a dated customer sign-off that confirms that all work was performed satisfactorily.

You can view the generated work order information during Service Management View and Work Order Entry.
