Customer Inquiry - Customer Previous Locations Panel
Use the Customer Previous Locations Panel to view a history log of the previous locations assigned to the customer. You can view the locations the customer previously owned or was a tenant at. The table following the window example describes the Customer Previous Locations Panel for the Customer Inquiry.
Tips:
The Customer Previous Location Panel provides an audit trail of changes you make during the Add/change/ Location Tenant Wizard and the Add/Charge/Location Owner Wizard.
Do not confuse the Customer Previous Location Panel with the Show Owner/Tenant History Area located on the Service Connections Panel. The Show Owner/Tenant History Area displays all the owners and tenants associated with the location. The Customer Previous Location Panel displays all locations previously associated with the customer.
To display the Customer Previous Locations Panel:
The Customer Inquiry window automatically opens when Utility Billing is launched.
Tip: To display the Customer Inquiry after starting other windows, click Customer Inquiry on the Edifice Toolbar.
At the Inquire By prompt, click Customer in the drop-down list.
Press [TAB] to move to the Customer prompt, and then enter a valid Customer ID.
Tip:
To inquire by location, service connection or street name, see the Customer Inquiry - Inquire By Selection Area.
Click Move Right on the Customer Panel Toolbar to display additional buttons.
Click Prev. Location(s) on the Customer Panel Toolbar.

Displays the date the customer was removed from the location. |

Displays the type of customer, which can be an owner or a tenant. |
