File Maintenance Menu

The File Maintenance menu contains commands used to open several maintenance sub menus and various other file maintenance routines.

Directions:

To open the File Maintenance menu, click Daily Work from the menu, and next click File Maintenance.

File Maintenance Menu Items
Codes Maintenance menu	Opens a menu containing commands for maintaining codes used by Edifice. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [c]
Table Maintenance menu	Opens a menu containing commands to maintain various tables used by Edifice. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [t]
Wizard Maintenance menu	Opens a menu of wizards. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [w]
Age Maintenance menu	Opens a menu containing commands to maintain aging codes. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [a]
Company Maintenance menu	Opens a menu containing commands to maintain company codes. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [o]
Service Maintenance menu	Opens a menu containing commands to maintain various service codes. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [r]
Service Profiles	Opens a menu containing commands to maintain billing and cash transaction profiles. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [p]
View Book Sequences	Allows you to view the sequence of customers within a book number. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [s]
Application Options	Allows you to maintain various options for Utility Billing. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [a]
Company Control Options	Allows you to maintain various system settings. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [o]
Import Maintenance menu	Opens a menu containing commands to maintain meter communications import information. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [i]
Export Maintenance menu	Opens a menu containing commands to maintain meter communications export information. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [e ]
