Table Maintenance Menu

The Table Maintenance Menu contains commands to allow you to set up utility billing to suit your needs. The various tables on this menu only need to be set up if you are using that particular function.

Directions:

To open the Table Maintenance menu, click Daily Work from the Menu, and next click File Maintenance; then click Table Maintenance.

Billing Tables	Opens a menu of programs to maintain various billing tables. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [t] [b]
Payments Tables	Opens a menu of programs to maintain payment tables. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [t] [p]
Cash Batch Table	Maintain the unique identifiers that group customer calls or cash receipt transactions together for reconciliation purposes. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [y] [m] [t] [ARROW DOWN]
Billing Batch Table	Maintain the unique identifiers that group billing transactions together for reconciliation purposes.
