Customer Remove Payment Plan Wizard

Use the Customer Remove Payment Plan Wizard to delete a customer payment plan.

• Opening the Customer Remove Payment Plan Wizard, click More.

   

  1.  Click Daily Work from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click File Maintenance.

  3.  Click Wizard Maintenance.

  4.  Click Customer.

  5.  Click Remove Payment Plan.
  
  Tip:  Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [y] [m] [w] [ENTER] [r] [ENTER].

• Deleting an Existing Customer Payment Plan, click More.

   

  1.  Open the Customer Remove Payment Plan Wizard.  The first step displays in the Data Entry Panel.

  2.  To load the Customer Payment Plan that you want to delete, enter the Customer ID in the Data Entry Panel.
  Tip:  To Search for a customer, click Search .

  3.  Click Next  to display the confirmation step.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + n]

  4.  Choose the service associated with the customer payment plan.

  5.  Verify the Payment Plan to confirm that you have loaded the correct record.

  6.  To delete the record, click Finish , or press [ENTER].
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s]

   

• Creating a New Customer Payment Plan, click More.

   

   Note:  This wizard only deletes Customer Payment Plans.  To create Customer Payment Plans, use the Customer Create Payment Plans Wizard.

   

• Editing an Existing Customer Payment Plan, click More.

   

   Note:  This wizard only deletes Customer Payment Plans.  To maintain Customer Payment Plans, use the Customer Create Payment Plans Wizard.
