Numeric Tables Menu

The Numeric Tables menu contains commands used to maintain tables containing only numeric values. This includes tables that set up tax rates, withholding information, and direct deposit information.

Numeric Tables Menu Items
Federal & Reg FICA Tax (FEDM & FEDS)	Maintains the Federal income tax, Regular FICA tax, and Medicare FICA tax withholding information for married (FEDM) and single (FEDS) taxpayers. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [m]
Federal & Med FICA Tax (FEDM2 & FEDS2)	Maintains the Federal income tax and Medicare-Only FICA tax withholding information for married (FEDM2) and single (FEDS2) taxpayers. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [t]
Unemployment Tax (SUTA & UCI)	Maintains the state and federal unemployment tax rates and limits in the SUTA and UCI tables. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [u]
State Withholding Tax	Maintains the state-level tax information for taxpayers. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [w] Tip: Each of the following states uses one or more tax tables unique to that state. Number of Pay Periods (WKn)	Maintains the number of pay periods per year for each Run Code. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [k]
Retirement Table (RET%nn)	Maintains the rates and other factors used to calculate the deductions and benefits for retirement and insurance. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [i]
Direct Deposit Days (DD-DAYS)	Maintains the number of days by which the transmission of the electronic direct deposit file must precede the effective date of deposit. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [d]
Run Code - Volume (RC/VOL)	Maintains which run codes can be processed in the current company, within a multi-company environment. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [r]
Pre-Note Table (PRE-NOTE)	Use Pre-Note Table Maintenance to maintain Direct Deposit Transaction Codes that classify the type of transaction for a direct deposit. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT] [p] [m] [a] [n] [p]
