Retirement Fringe Post
Use the Retirement Fringe Post routine to distribute Retirement Fringe data among the proper departments in preparation for the Vendor Invoices and Checks system. The Retirement Fringe data is originally generated by the Monthly Retirement Report.

Tips:
Do not confuse the Retirement Fringe Post with the Fringe Distribution Post, which comes later in the sequence of tasks.
Before running the Retirement Fringe Post, first run the Retirement Fringe Journal for review and to archive as an audit trail.
You must run the Retirement Fringe Post after running the Monthly Retirement Report and before running the Fringe Distribution Edit List. For more information about the timing of these programs, see the Payroll Runbook.

Click Payroll from the Menu Bar.
Click Other Payroll Work.

Retirement Fringe Post.

Enter the Report Selection Number that you used to run the Monthly Retirement Report. (1 through 9) | |
First Period End Date |
Enter the first Period End Date that you entered for the Monthly Retirement Report. (mmddccyy, slashes and century optional) |
Last Period End Date |
Enter the last Period End Date that you entered for the Monthly Retirement Report. (mmddccyy, slashes and century optional) |
Printer |
Displays the default printer number. For more information, see Printing Options. |
